Mission Vision Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit corporation devoted to providing reading glasses to developing countries throughout the world. Founded in 2008 by David Warren, Mission Vision aims to efficiently deliver reading glasses, free of charge, to people who would otherwise have no access to them. The developing world suffers from a widespread shortage of reading glasses. And regardless of their location, people over 35 lose their near vision due to presbyopia, a natural effect of aging that can be treated with over-the-counter reading glasses. Therefore, it is our goal to provide this basic optical care in the form of a simple purchase of reading glasses.

For every dollar we collect, one pair of glasses will be purchased and delivered to one of the various destinations by a partner of Mission Vision. Since the summer of 2009, our glasses have been delivered to more than fifteen countries in Africa, Central America, South America, and Asia. This entirely student-run organization has recently expanded to include a campus network of various high schools and universities across the country, which have joined the mission to bring the world back into focus for these needy recipients.
